Enermax USA RMA Procedure:
The Customer or Buyer must obtain a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Enermax USA for all Product returns. RMAs will be issued in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
- The Customer / Buyer must provide all information as required by Enermax USA for all returns.
- RMAs are valid for twenty (20) calendar days from the date of issuance.
- Purchaser must allow for in-transit time for products to be returned to Enermax USA, as Enermax USA must physically receive the Products within the twenty (20) calendar days.
- RMAs will be issued for authorized returns under one of the following categories: (1) defective Products, (2) billing or shipping discrepancies or (3) damaged Product.
- The Customer or Buyer is responsible for shipping cost when shipping the RMA product back to Enermax USA for service.
- The Customer or Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the RMA number is clearly visible on the address label of the Product packaging when it is returned.
- Enermax USA will refuse delivery of any boxes without a valid, clearly visible RMA number as noted above.
How to obtain an RMA number from Enermax USA:
- Click on the support ticket button below to ge to the new ticket page.
- Enter your name, phone, email and select Enermax RMA under the department field
- Enter a password at the bottom of the form so you can log back into the ticket system to check up on RMA status
- You should get a confirmation email if you have successfully submit a ticket
