Enermax USA RMA Procedure:

The Customer or Buyer must obtain a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Enermax USA for all Product returns. RMAs will be issued in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Customer / Buyer must provide all information as required by Enermax USA for all returns.
  2. RMAs are valid for twenty (20) calendar days from the date of issuance.
  3. Purchaser must allow for in-transit time for products to be returned to Enermax USA, as Enermax USA must physically receive the Products within the twenty (20) calendar days.
  4. RMAs will be issued for authorized returns under one of the following categories: (1) defective Products, (2) billing or shipping discrepancies or (3) damaged Product.
  5. The Customer or Buyer is responsible for shipping cost when shipping the RMA product back to Enermax USA for service.
  6. The Customer or Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the RMA number is clearly visible on the address label of the Product packaging when it is returned.
  7. Enermax USA will refuse delivery of any boxes without a valid, clearly visible RMA number as noted above.

How to obtain an RMA number from Enermax USA:

  • Click on the support ticket button below to ge to the new ticket page.
  • Enter your name, phone, email and select Enermax RMA under the department field
  • Enter a password at the bottom of the form so you can log back into the ticket system to check up on RMA status
  • You should get a confirmation email if you have successfully submit a ticket
