ENERMAX WARRANTY PERIODS

All refurbished units will have a 90 day warranty.

Case and Peripherals
All Enermax case and peripherals (external enclosure, fan, keyboard and notebook cooler) have a 1 year warranty.

WHO IS COVERED
This warranty is enforceable only by the original end user purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.

WHAT IS COVERED
This warranty includes one (1), three (3) and five (5) year limited coverage for all defects in material and workmanship on Enermax Power Supply.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

1. Any product on which the serial number has been defaced modified or removed.

2. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from, but not limited to:
a. Repair or attempted repair by someone other than Enermax certified technician.
b. Accident (such as dropping or spilled liquids), misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lighting or other
acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or usage not in accordance with the Enermax
product instructions.

3. Use of parts and components not supplied by Enermax.

4. Normal wear and tear.

5. Shipping and handling charges.

6. Enermax Power Supply purchase before the inception of this warranty program which is December 1, 2003. All Enermax power supply purchase before December 1, 2003 will receive a one (1) year warranty with otherwise the same terms and conditions.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
1. All DOA units must be return to where you purchase from within 30 days.

2. If product need repair within the first 30 days after purchase, you must return product to where you purchased from.

3. Whenever warranty service is required, the original dated invoice from our direct retailer will be require as proof of warranty coverage. Any invoice that is not from our direct retailer will not be accepted. We will only proceed according to the serial number.

4. All repairs within the warranty period must have an RMA# which can be obtain via support ticket system <here> or call (626) 913-8899 ext.115 for RMA department. Product return without RMA # will be refuse at sender's expense.

5. Enermax USA Corporation may repair or replace the defective part(s) or units with a new part(s) or unit or at Enermax USA Corporation sole option with a refurbished part or unit that is not new but has been functionally tested.

6. Do not ship any manuals, modular cables or any other accessories for service, we will not be responsible for returning these items.

6. Enermax USA Corporation is not responsible for shipping damage.

7. Package must be in original packaging and ship freight pre-paid.

OUT OF WARRANTY
We do not repair out of warranty power supply.

CROSS SHIP
1. The cross shipment must be authorized by Enermax management.

2. The customer must agree to pay a non-refundable $20 shipping & handling fee for the advanced shipment.

3. The customer must agree to prepay for the retail price of the cross ship part. The customer will receive credit for the retail price of the part only when the RMA part is received by Enermax within a 20 days period from the RMA issue date.

4. The customer must provide a valid credit card number for the $20 shipping & handling fee and the retail price of the cross ship part.

5. If the defective part is not received by Enermax within a 20 day period from the RMA issue date, Enermax reserves the right to refuse delivery and decline crediting the customer for the RMA part.

6. The cross shipment includes ground shipping, all air shipments will be extra.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ENERMAX USA CORPORATION SOLE LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE HARDWARE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AT OUR SOLE OPTION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENERMAX USA CORPORATION BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY TO THE END-USER FOR ANY DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE HARDWARE PRODUCT OR IT'S SALE, PURCHASE OR USE. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OF THE HARDWARE PRODUCT OR ANY ASSCIATED PERIPHERALS, OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT BASED ON BREACH OF WARRANTY, CONTRACT OR NEGLIGENCE, EVEN IF ENERMAX USA CORPORATION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
